This page explains, in general terms, how the Dialer platform handles data. Each branded app is published and operated by the provider who sells it, under their own Play Store listing. That provider is the data controller for their customers, and their own privacy policy — linked from their app's store listing — is the one that governs it.
Data in the app
The app is a business tool, so it works with call logs, contacts and the customer records the user creates. That data belongs to the business using the app. It stays on the device unless the user signs in and enables cloud backup, in which case it syncs to their own account so it can be restored on a new phone.
Permissions
Calling, call log and contacts permissions exist so the app can place calls and show who is calling. They are requested in context, with an explanation, and the app stays usable if a permission is declined — the related feature simply stays off.
This website
This site is static. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies, collects no form submissions and has no contact endpoint. The only thing stored in your browser is your light or dark theme choice.
