This site describes the Dialer platform. It is informational: it sells nothing and forms no contract. Your agreement is with your provider — the provider you buy the app from — and their terms are the ones that apply to you.
The service
The platform is supplied as a subscription, priced per user by each provider. Features described here reflect the current release and improve over time; nothing on this page is a guarantee that a specific feature will exist in a specific build.
Acceptable use
The platform is for legitimate business communication with people who expect to hear from you. Using it for unsolicited bulk messaging, or in any way that breaks Google Play policy, WhatsApp Business policy or local telecom law, is not permitted and may end the subscription.
Branded builds
Partners publish branded builds under their own developer account and are responsible for their own store listing, pricing, customer contracts and support.
Customer data
Data created in the app belongs to the business using it, and is processed only to run the service.
